BACKGROUND INFORMATION
The entity now known as Victory Farm started out in the year 2014 as a home-based endeavor in milk value addition i.e. processing of culture milk products (Yoghurt and Maziwa mala).
Using a charcoal Jiko and starting with about 5litres the founder soon conceptualized commercialization of that endeavor through neighborhood door to door deliveries. With a high-quality product, demand grew and expansion was inevitable.
This entailed transformation from a home based to a fully commercial organization. In a span of six years the enterprise has grown exponentially and is now located on plot no LR2640, KARURI KIAMBU COUNTY with a processing capacity of 4000ltres of milk per day. Also new products like Cheese (Mozzarella), Whole milk (Long life),cooking cream, multiple yoghurt flavors and also looking forward to process Ice cream in a few months to come.
To achieve this growth and transformation the management (founder) adopted deliberate best policies and practices aimed at delivering its mission to fulfil its stated vision.
